So far it seems to be a very good product and works as supposed to. I am not sure if the unit itself is supposed to expand all the way out, but it seems like after doing a rep I still have to slightly pull out the bars so it is fully expanded.

I learned from the GET-GO at an early age when training it is imperative to do things in an logical manner emphasizing safe and methodical principles when training from head to feet!! Under my toutalege
training individuals whether it was at my gym ?️♂️ or when I was coaching at the University not one individual got hurt, so inspecting this well made piece of equipment I believe using this will propel you to the next level in training so I recommend lifepro because this piece of equipment will help you win the Super Bowl in your training routin!!

I think the hydraulic mechanism doesn’t work. There is little to no resistance, even on the highest setting. I’m not that strong.

I’m 53 and looking for simple ways to enhance my workout. The shredforce is great for so many reasons. It’s not a large piece of equipment, so travels well. I can have it available at my desk at work, to use anytime, which has had a positive impact on my fitness. Well made and easy to use and figure out.

So far, so good. I just started using it to help tone up my arms and back. I use it after my workout while standing on the vibration plate. I love the multiple levels of resistance.
