Just received my product and can attest to its quality and sturdiness!! I am just restarting my strength training journey after years of inactivity and find this to be the perfect product to get me back in the habit!! I love that there are multiple levels of resistance that will allow me to keep using it as I get stronger!!

I feel it is too early to give a review but LifePro ask for this review in the warranty process. I received the item yesterday. It arrived undamaged and seems to operate well. The box included the shredder device and a few lock bars, which hold the closed when not in use. It also includes a manual and warranty info. Unpacking was easy. The device seems intuitive enough to operate. The dial to set the difficulty level works well. It would be nice if a simple exercise guide had been included. The manual included 4 image examples for chest, back and arm use but something a little more extensive in the box would be helpful.

This looks like a quality device that will last for a while.
I really like the dial that allows you to easily adjust the difficulty for different exercises.
It seems simple, but you can really exercise multiple parts of the body with this fantastic device.

I was looking for a compact, portable, upper body work out tool to improve my general fitness. This is exactly what I was looking for. Excellent build quality, resistance is smooth, multiple ways to position and use, and comes with a lifetime warranty. I am very happy with this purchase.
