Never too old to start working out

I’m 61 and disabled with lower and upper back problems, but this device makes it easy to get a nice 15 minute workout on my upper, mid and lower chest . Along with my biceps and triceps. With minimal discomfort to my back.
I did have a problem with my first product received, but Lifepro quickly resolved my problem by sending out another Shredforce and this one works perfectly.
Give this product a try . I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I do . Best wishes, and your never too old to start working out !!!

I've been using the Lifepro arm and chest exerciser for 2 weeks now. I can feel a d see the difference in my body. I'm 74 years old. The quality of the unit is top grade. I started out on setting number 4 for chest and number 6 for arms. Already up two notches on both.and now using setting

Pretty good, but a bit inconsistent?

It is a good work out, but idk if it's the dial or the piston, but at times 2 feels stiff as if it was on 4 and if I move it a bit back, it does work fine.
