There are a lot of trainers and gadgets out there, most are cheap built and barely do what they advertise, but not this bad boy, it’s built rugged and it delivers the workout that it advertises.

My husband enjoyed opening this and testing it out. He was happy with the amount of tension this exercise device gave him. He will sit in his chair and exercise his hand while watching TV, so he was happy with the challenge this gave him!
