This is a great tool — I love the resistance it provides. I’m recovering from a shoulder injury, and using this has really paid off. Even on the lowest setting (Level 2), I’ve already seen and felt a difference after just one week.
I’m doing 100 reps a day, nonstop, and it’s making an impact. Highly recommend it for anyone easing back into strength training or rehab or not. Once I am back to 100% I will move up in levels until I get to the top, and by then I will look like the Hulk.

The shredforce is simple, but built well. It does exactly what it says it will, and I can't wait to start building my chest and arm strength. I can't even budge it at 20.
