I started using the chest and arm twister right away. I’ve only been using it for one week and I’ve been appropriately sore much more than I have felt with barbells in a long time. You should try it.

Shredforce chest and arm twister

Just got and gave a run at level 4. Good resistance and no way am I getting level 20 closed. I did 34 reps using upper mid lower pec, upper back and shoulder and bicep tricep. I can feel how weak my muscles have atrophied over the years after cancer surgery. Will be starting a workout plan soon.
