Antenna guard is worthless.

Security box does its job. But the antenna guard is garbage. Bear pulled the guard off and ripped the antenna out of camera. Would be better if it was steel and bolted to the security box.

It’s nice and sturdy, solid construction. The camera fits snuggly and locks in to the back of the box. The only downside side is the back is smooth so it doesnt grip the tree or post or whatever your attaching it to as good as if you just used camera itself.

It was missing the lag bolts that said were included. I was disappointed that the antenna support part didn't fit my camera. Its already been bear tested and held up, but I suspect I'll be ordering antennas. Still much cheaper than a whole camera.
Not sure what else was missing or not right for my specific model, cabin x pro.

It does a good job securing the camera from animals. Humans, if they are determined to vandalize your camera, still can, but if you secure it with a lock through the box, can’t take it.

Great product however I do have a camera that stopped taking pictures so that is why I replaced it with the 3. 0 pro so I do need to send it back so maybe some help in that area would be helpful

The box does what it was intended for; however, it is impossible to place camera inside box with antenna in the downward position. Adding a cutout slot to the bottom of the box for the tip of the antenna would allow for this and would also protect the antenna better than the flimsy plastic piece on top of the box (for those areas with better cellular reception which would allow downward antenna position).

i got a x pro camera, and bought a security box only to find out the antenna is not protected at all, so in other words bear can eat my antenna not real happy picture shows antenna guard but not for my camera so i give this one star, for not telling the truth
