Worst designed box I’ve ever owned. Cam lock box kills this junk. The real designs flaws are as follows: if mounted and secured via cable lock the front isn’t secure at all and the camera can flip down facing the tree because the cable goes through the bottom. So to secure this thing to the same level as my other boxes you must use a strap up top, a cable lock on the bottom, and a padlock in the front. So at the whim of anyone or a bear the strap will be first to go and your camera will flip down, rendering it useless. I knew the antenna protector thing didn’t work with my camera model so that sucks too but no big deal.

I’ve had too many cameras stolen or messed with over the years, both on private and public land. Great little lock box keeps honest people honest and even gives bears a hard time to destroy my cameras.

I placed a camera in the security box on public land where I’ve had cameras stolen in the past. I had people walk by and look but no one ever attempted to take the camera so for the fact of having that peace of mind it is worth it

Durable lock box

Lock boxes are great for the public land guys. Gives me the peace of mind knowing the camera is never going to leave that tree when locked up. Even the bears had no chance at taking down the cams that were in the lock boxes!

A good way to secure and protect your cameras. With the increase in bear activity on my property, these have helped my cameras make it through some curious creatures.

People say locks will only keep and honest person honest but a few miles into public most people dont have a way to break into these. I have felt so much more comfortable now that I have been able to lock up my cameras.
