Big Improvement from 2023

Front screen is a big improvement from the previous model and beat up Flip 6 with no doubt while I got both and compared it. A lot of things that I could do on Motorola front screen, but not from Flip 6 which limited apps that could run.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible!

My BF and I both bought one of these phones back in September! Neither one of us like our phone. My screen protector separated after only having it 2 months and has issues with the touchscreen both are still in warranty his is now completely broken and the screen doesn't work. He uses it for business. The camera quality is terrible and gritty. Calls have issues even with good service. And when we tried to contact the Warranty dept.... Please don't get me started!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My warranty got voided because damaged on the outscreen i would not recommend this phone to anyone it started showing problems within the screen 6 months in never buying any moto products one small crack made it so they would not even touch to repair the poorly build product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased the Razr about months ago and couldn't be happier. The display is clear, performance fast, doesn't crash with any of the apps I have loaded. Checks all the boxes for me.

Everything about this new version is great. The much larger front screen, the CPU. You can just tell from last year's model which I had, that this one is so much better. I could tell as soon as I turned it on that there was just such a difference. Everything is so clear and vibrant looking when you scan the web. And they were more than fair about my trade in when I traded in last years model.

Soulless, I miss my 2020 model dearly.

Almost every aspect of this model of Razr is disappointing. I'll start by saying the screens are nicer in every way, the hinge feels sturdier, and the battery lasts much longer. So I said something nice.
It looks soulless and I knew that when I bought it. It's a blob, it's boring and the cameras are ridiculous. Take the small section that isn't screen (ignore the + model here) put it on the opposite end, put the lenses on that. The inside camera blocks part of the screen, and on the older model, there was a cool, sharp looking bezel to offset that. The volume and power buttons were switched at some point, their sizes are swapped and now they're also both on the same side, it's now difficult to adjust volume by touch. One more time, this thing doesn't look sharp or cool and I hate that, but moving on.
The interior screen protector doesn't cover the edges in a way that makes it look ugly, but also allows detritus to become trapped and then I have to stare at it and be slowly driven insane. The hinge groove in the screen is less noticeable for the most part. The way the chassis is, it's weird, but it's actually harder to open one handed.
The battery life is much better than previous models although the software they installed ruins that perk. No way to disable fast charging so it drains faster. There's an option where it charges up to 80% then learns when to top it off, but it's iffy and doesn't actually help. A trickle charger did not help either.
There's a big issue I have with the customization. You can change certain looks like clock font and wallpaper. There's a LIMIT on the colors you can choose. Color wheels and sliders exist, why am I being limited. They're not a very good selection either. The wallpaper can't be adjusted while applying it so sort it out before you try to set it. Google also has this bug where you can't customize the interior lock screen and it's been months without a fix.
Despite everything, it's sturdy and a phone, I just hope the next model looks fun.
