Great until it wasn't...

The phone was great until it breaks from being folded too many times in under 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this item the manufacture warranty is awesome have had a few problems with The screen but Motorola has an awesome warranty to where they replace it no questions asked if it breaks for the screen messes up

Perfect Phone

I bought the Razr to replace an older Samsung Galaxy rather than get another Samsung and I'm very glad that I did. The quality is outstanding and I am finding it to be a little easier to use.

Cool folding screen, let down by poor connectivity

I've had the phone for 2 months now, and am generally disappointed with my purchase.
PROS:
- Great camera (my baby loves seeing a preview of himself on the front screen)
- Clear display
- Smooth animations when navigating menus

CONS:
- Worse connectivity than my prior phone, a Pixel 6a. I experience Wifi dead zones in my home with the razr that didn't previously exist (no change to router setup, etc.). Phone also struggles to switch between Wifi and 4G/5G data service.
- Quick Settings tiles are buggy (Wifi tile shows the wrong network name, Extra Dim tile doesn't toggle properly).
- Extra-long screen when flipped open is not ergonomic.

TLDR:
The flip feature is nifty, but comes with its own set of inconveniences, and the Wifi connectivity issues are a significant pain point. Generally would not recommend, and would purchase something else if I could do it again (even when the device is on sale).

Love this phone!

The battery lasts quite a while and I love how this phone works. My boyfriend keeps trying to steal it from me. The crease in the middle is noticeable but doesn't get in the way at all. I like how compact it gets and how I can check things without even opening it. It gives me all the features I could hope for. I also like that it can be used like a camcorder. Just note that it automatically starts recording when in camera and held like a camcorder.

I absolutely love this phone. I have had it for about 4 or 5 months now and I have not been disappointed in any way. Best phone I have ever had, even over iphone

First and last MOTO

Love the camera and photo editor, but the WIFI on my RAZR 2024 stinks. I sit less than 20 feet from our router and it will try endlessly to open apps. The instant I turn off the WIFI the app will open. I've tried all of the suggested "fixes" with no improvement. My RAZR is the only device in the house with issues. My wife actually has an old Galaxy S8 which has zero issues. We are not heavy (gaming, etc.) users. This is my first, and will be my last MOTO phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
