[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a 14" laptop, the build quality and feel is a bit subpar for the price. Given the outdated X1 chipset this is quite bad on value.
The price to weight ratio isn't there so I won't consider this unless a big price cut.

It just feels like a generic school laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a reliable, premium, and incredibly fast machine for daily productivity, this is it. Here is my experience after using it:. The battery on this thing is unreal. Thanks to the ARM-based Snapdragon architecture, you easily get 15 to 20+ hours of mixed productivity on a single charge. You can leave your charger at home for a full day of work and still have plenty of battery left when you get back. It is easily one of the longest-lasting Windows laptops you can buy. There is a stunning OLED Display. The Full HD+ OLED screen is an absolute standout feature. The blacks are perfectly deep, colors are incredibly vivid, and text looks razor-sharp. Watching streaming media and editing photos on this display is a beautiful experience. The Glacier Silver sandblasted aluminum chassis looks and feels high-end, giving it a rigid, premium, MacBook-like aesthetic. It weighs just under 1.3 kg, making it effortless to slip into my backpack for travel, commuting, or moving around the office. The web conferencing features are excellent. The high-resolution 1080p IR camera, combined with the Snapdragon NPU and Windows Studio Effects, makes my video quality crisp and professional on Zoom and Teams. Plus, the biometric face unlock is lightning-fast. Price point makes it well worth considering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a nice build, little flex, and a beautiful OLED screen. If I had a complaint, it is with the keyboard. The raise letters are distracting, though the travel is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product, it felt very well put together - robust yet lightweight. I found thag the 14 inch screen was the perfect size (though I can appreciate this is a subjective preference). The keyboard was perfect, and the touch-pad and click pad were great (I have found other laptops that don't have a click pad and that can be annoying).
The screen was great, showing a range of dynamic colour shades and a range of brightness to suit the environment.
Massive processing power and ram ensured a rapid response to any task. The spec of the device was incredibly high.
It had incredible battery life - actually incredible, like quadruple my current laptop.
Premium, high performance laptop. Built for now, but future proofed. Would absolutely recommend, HP seems to have taken the market up a gear or two, and raising the bar for what is "standard" on a laptop.
