Incompatible processor for Adobe Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier

My new HP Omni 5 laptop's processor is incompatible to run Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier that functioned on my older HP PC laptop. Never recived directions when I asked to return it to HP. Very disappointing!

Overall, this laptop is functioning well. However, it is difficult and a bit frustrating to use it because of the keyboard, which is probably the most important peripheral. It is bad enough that the keys are not back-lit, but white letters on gray keys (i.e. low contrast) make for an unpleasant user experience. Important enough to say “I wish I knew it“ before I bought it.

To instantly improve key visibility and contrast, simply press the F5 key (or Fn + F5) on the top row to turn on and adjust the brightness levels. Solid laptop choice for schoolwork and research

This computer is everything I need as an engineering PhD student. It has a solid battery life and can run data analysis programs without lagging (Solidworks, MATLAB, Graphpad, etc.). The keyboard is comfortable to use. Even though the power button is in the top right corner, where I'm used to the delete key (which is right next to it), so I keep accidentally pressing it, it doesn't power off the laptop with the light touch, which I really appreciate. I do miss having dedicated home/end keys (which are now incorporated as functions on the right and left arrow keys).
I would recommend this to a friend!
