Overall, this laptop is functioning well. However, it is difficult and a bit frustrating to use it because of the keyboard, which is probably the most important peripheral. It is bad enough that the keys are not back-lit, but white letters on gray keys (i.e. low contrast) make for an unpleasant user experience. Important enough to say “I wish I knew it“ before I bought it.

To instantly improve key visibility and contrast, simply press the F5 key (or Fn + F5) on the top row to turn on and adjust the brightness levels.
