Twin Turbo 450 Problems

As I have read over 50 times, the Twin Turbo 450 is a great machine; BUT, the new connect software is horrible. I read that your software technicians was working on the Connect Software problems two years ago. Unfortunately, the software is still horrible. I never ever had a problem with DYMO until the new Connect software was released. I use, just as everyone else with problems who reviewed the product, the Version 8 software. How do I change the "Go to Stamps" icon in Version 8 so it goes to the new Endicia website instead of an old site which is an error. Another problem I have is the fact that whenever I reboot my computer, I lose the driver for the Twin Turbo. I have to disconnect it and install an old Single 450 Turbo which sets up the correct driver. I then have to disconnect the Single Turbo and reconnect the Twin Turbo. It is obvious that your company is not updating the Version 8 software; but then again, it also appears that no one is fixing all the numerous Connect Software problems. Thank you for your patience from a very frustrated DYMO Twin Turbo user who is very close to looking for different label hardware!

To download the DYMO Label Software, please visit dymo.com and go to the Support section. From there, select Download Software and choose "Not sure which software to choose." Next, search for the DYMO Label Software and pick the version that corresponds to your operating system—either 8.7.4 for Windows or 8.7.5 for MacOS.
Please note that the DYMO Label Software is obsolete and will not receive any further updates, as all updates are now on the DYMO Connect Software. Additionally, the DYMO Label Software is no longer integrated with Endicia or stamps, but you can still print directly from stamps.com.
Furthermore, to uninstall the software properly, kindly go to dymo.com > Support > DYMO Help Center > Software > How to completely uninstall DYMO Software. Then download and install the DYMO Label Software. Rebooting your computer shouldn't delete the printer drivers.
Please be aware that your feedback regarding the DYMO Connect software will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further review.

Software was great now it's garbage. I use Mac and use to print 1" stickers for a product I sell and could print almost 40 a minute, now, it always prints the last previous sticker 1 time, has a blank line across the stickers and prints 1 sticker every 20 seconds (if I hit print for 40 stickers it's 20 seconds between each, use to spit them out like a machine gun) Dymo needs to scrap the new software and make the old one work again.

To resolve this issue of old jobs being printed, please click on the Apple logo on your computer > System settings or preferences > Printers and Scanners > Right-click on the DYMO printer > Open the print queue and cancel the print job. Additionally, power cycling the printer by disconnecting both the power cable and USB from the back of the printer and pressing the power button 15 times to disconnect any power on the device will resolve any intermittent feeding issue.
Furthermore, we suggest cleaning the print head, roller, and sensors to fix the horizontal and vertical line feeding problem on your printer. To do this, kindly visit dymo.com > Support > DYMO Help Center > LabelWriter > How to Clean My Printer. It is best to use authentic DYMO labels, as generic ones may cause feeding issues that are excessive and misaligned.

The software update is not so great.

Absolutely loved my Dymo machine, however the Dymo Connect software is not user friendly. Label Printer 8.7.4 was much better software

Software keeps dropping out making the printer pr

We use iMacs, Software keeps dropping out making the printer pretty much useless. Every time we need to use it we have to re-install software. making this a pretty much useless.

Please make sure that your printer is connected directly to your computer via a USB port. However, if you are using a USB hub or adapter, please ensure that it has data transfer abilities. The DYMO printer comes with a standard USB Type A to Type B cable. You may use a USB hub or adapter as an alternative. Printer sending blanks and weird line prints

Products worked well. Experienced a jam in one of the slots. Cleared jam. But have been unable to print labels the same since. Also suddenly prints out labels with random lines and patterns. Found the other review in which dymo has said that the machine has been put into test mode. Followed the instructions found under the other review, however. The printer continues to spit out blank or lined labels. How to fix this?!?

Terrible software

My Dymo desktop software (Mac OS Sonoma) stopped working, forcing an "upgrade" to their Dymo Connect app. The new software cannot see my USB-connected printer. It's safe to say this is a complete piece of crap. If I have to buy a new label printer, it will never again be a Dymo.

Magnificent machine

We own 2 of these magnificent machines and have used them flawlessly for over 2 decades. The occassional minor issues are generally due to user error and are quickly resolved with patience and very little effort.

This thing is nothing but problems, never works correctly, stops connecting to the computer. I've had to delete the program off and then re-download it to get it to work again. Jams and keeps feeding, will just start printing blanks and not stop...It is not worth it...
