I bought these headphones to accompany me on my summer airline flights. They perform beautifully & are a big success -- -- they are comfortable to wear, cut out exterior noise really well & cocoon me in gorgeous, rich sound from coast to coast! I Love my new headphones!!!

Adjusting the sound is extremely difficult. The function doesn’t always work. I need to return this item.

Quiet mode is astonishing; beware configuration

Noise cancellation is astonishing. I plan to use these plugged in to airplane entertainment systems. I couldn't get the configuration app to work on my Android 9 phone; the app under the QR code immediately referred me to "Android Music", where I couldn't find this model of headphones. That means I can't set the "tap" feature up, nor can I add modes to the 3 provided ones. Alas
