Mostly great, the app is good but somewhat confusing if you need to use it or not. On all compared to the Apple earphones, these are much lighter and more comfortable, which was key for me. A tad unusual the way they fold up, but that’s a nitpick as a 4.5 and hoping that these don’t go out out of version and another one’s coming sooner than later and that’s why they were on sale.

Need well diagrammed manual

Bose needs to include simple instructions for us old folks diagramming carefully how to link headphones to different Bluetooth devices. I couldn’t get them to connect on my flight and I was very frustrated. I don’t feel I need to review every article on the Internet to learn how to use them.
