Do NOT buy to use with Microsoft Teams!!!

I love the noise canceling feature of these headphones. I bought them to use primarily for work to drown out other sounds and to improve focus on my teams calls for work. Problem is they are complete garbage for work given the mic constantly cuts out and then all audio stops working all together, then it crashes teams and ALL audio related to my computer as in I can't even swap to my computer speakers to keep the call because they don't even show up. I have to completely shut down teams and either restart my laptop or wait 5 minutes or so for my computer to recover and give me audio options back. I have purchased your USB dongle (for $75 freaking dollars which is ridiculous) in hopes that fixes the issue, otherwise I am at a loss.

I been using Bose for a very long time. The sound quality is amazing at some point I stopped tried other brands (headphones) didn't like it. Then came back about 2 months ago bought 1 set and realized what was I missing the comfort and sound quality outstanding also not to forget phone conversation are also super clear.

Took me a while to choose new headphones, and these are simply great! Battery life is really good. The ANC is superb. The sound is perfect.

Very comfy, but a bit disappointed

I bought them a couple months ago. Love how they fit completely over my ear, which makes them quite comfortable! My only queries are that 1) when on the phone, they often randomly disconnect and I loose the conversation for a few seconds (sometimes up to 30 sec) and that is very frustrating that they aren’t staying connected to my phone; 2) is on how much they boast of noise cancelling, I thought they would be better at the noise cancelling. If I’m in the car and there is music playing from the stereo (not even loud or remotely close to blasting), even if I turn on the noise cancelling & turn up my volume to the highest, I can still audibly hear the car music including understanding words and what not. So, disappointed that they kinda block out noise just as well (if not actually worse) than my small Apple AirPods.

Worth The Price

I wanted the different levels of active noise canceling while at work and of course the music. It works well canceling out most of the sound of the power tools. However it doesn’t know what to do with the sound of the air hose when I’m blowing sawdust off the tools and workbench. I hear a loud crackling sound. Most people won’t be using them this way though.
