Just what I wanted

I really like these headphones. I was looking something I could sync with my TV and not have a lag like I did with my old headphones. I couldn't stand the sound not matching the words. These did not disappoint. I have only used them once but I plan to use them more. They are comfortable and they have a lot more options than the other brand I own.

Poor volume loudness

Used it on 4 hour flight both ways. Either plane was extremely loud or headphones lacked volume. It was hard to hear movies and TV shows i was watching.

I love these headphones they’re not too tight or too loose and they meet all of my needs for doing telehealth work and if I’m just enjoying my music the craftsmanship on the headphones is sexy and sleek

Good, not great

I replaced my QC 45 headphones with the QC Ultras. First the good. Noise cancelling and sound is better than ever. The on/off feature when removing and putting the headphones is very convenient. I am not a fan of the new sliding volume control. I wear my headphones for most of the day while working at my desk. I don’t feel that the lowest volume goes as low as the QC 45’s. This is the feature that I really don’t like. I have been contemplating trading the Ultras for the classic design. Maybe Bose could include a lower volume in the next update. That being said Bose is the only audio product that I consider.

Too loose, can fall off

Is when I go to bend they start to fall off. They are too loose and have tried to adjust them. Because of this reason I may have to return them unfortunately
