Upgraded from QC 45s. I just love the noise canceling ability of these. Only problem is my Samsung S24 only uses AAC with these.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and overall it is not bad. It is light but does not feel super flexible when you lay down in bed. The sound is on the clear side. The EQ is fun to play with. The immersion mode is good. When set it on noise cancellation my ears feel pressured. I think $260 is more of a reasonable price.
