The immersive audio is a big improvement compared to my old Quiet Comfort headphones! Sounds like you're right there in the middle of the mix.

Short and honest

I purchase this item a year ago and I just got another pair, and I feel like that's plenty of time to give a honest review. Now I'm going to keep it short while there are multiple things I could say about the unit such as the built could be better such as less plastic and more metal pieces but I know it has something to do with cost. So if the board asked me if I can only improve one thing out of the complete unit what would you do. Then I would say, for me clarity is everything but Bose quiet Comfort Ultra definitely needs more Bass.

Have had these headphones for a few months, and I can't imagine going without them. Music is so rich and vibrant with these. I love the immersion mode they have.

Problem

I bought on this a month of January, the first of this month, and found that I couldn't use this headphone due to the deflect of not being to use this set of headphones because when I connect with Bluetooth my headphone works very good but my wife cannot hear anything but I can hear every thing. Otherwise their is a glitch and we can't both listen to our smart TV at the same time so because of this problem I returned both sets of Bose Headphones and am still waiting for my refund.

If you are not getting audio from your TV but you are getting sound from your headphones, we suggest reaching out to your TV's manufacturer and checking to see if they allow multiple methods of Audio out at the same time.

The Best Headphones I've Ever Owned

These headphones are the best!! The sound quality can't be beat, and they sync right up with my Bose soundbars. They are super comfortable and have a long battery life. I've seen many 5-star reviews and they've been rated the best headphones available by a number of magazines and sites. I won't go back to another set!!
