Train commute is quiet now.

I use it everyday while commuting on the railroad. It has given me peace and quiet during my ride. I can enjoy movies and shows, and easily swap to meditation sounds for a nap. Also being able to switch out of noise cancellation effortlessly can give you edge while listening to music and surrounding sounds.

Extremely confusing to use with terrible instructions for how to use the two buttons for so many functions. I have yet to find "Quiet" mode. Would not recommend.

Bought this a couple weeks ago and they have really lived up to their expectations. I was so torn between these or the Sony Xm-5s, watched a ton of review videos putting them against each other. I finally decided to go with the Bose with the idea that if they aren’t good, I’ll just return them. I do not plan on returning these because I loved they look, their sound is amazing, and they are so comfy on my head. I had only planned on using them for school but they made it to the gym and they are awesome. Eq saved their sound as out of the box they aren’t too bright.

This is my 2nd pair of amazing Bose Noise cancelling headphones!! I saw a review in Wire Cutter in the NY Times specifically identifying the QC as the best and I wholeheartedly agree!
