My Quiet Comfort Ultra experience

I've bought many Bose products in the past. I recently purchased the Quiet Comfort Ultra and again are more than pleased with the simplicity, versatility but ultimately the quality of the headphones. The tones are clear, the feel is comfortable, the noise reduction is supreme and the immersion concept brings an added listening enjoyment to my life. I'm totally satisfied.

Not bad. It takes a while to connect and sometimes reconnect, which is very annoying.
Also, it doesn't allow play while plugged in. Why?

If you are concerned about keeping your ear cushions in good shape, we would recommend storing the headphones in the provided carry case and if you are using them at the gym, to wipe the cushions with a dry cloth after using them to remove any debris.

Interruptions Abound

When your phone is connected at the same time as your computer, your computers's audio will be interrupted if you hit a navigation button or turn the screen on or off. This is ridiculous.
Not just that, but I need the arch closer to the front of my skull (and I wear it that way) so the headphones don't think that they're removed from my head if I so much as move any muscle, stopping playback momentarily and very frequently.
Bose, please address my concerns soon. I'm thinking about a refund if nothing changes.

It’s ok.

I’ve had these headphones for about a month now and I’m not too impressed. I upgraded from QuietComfort to QC Ultra and I much prefer the QC. The volume button is not as easy to manage since it’s touch sensitive and not a button. When I adjust the headset, I always manage to slide the volume button. It tends to struggle with multiple Bluetooth devices which is not an issue with the regular QC. In terms of sound isolation, it’s slightly better but not $200 better. It’s a nice headset but I would rather stick with the QC.
