it really does have the best noise cancelation out of all ear buds and headphones. I haven't had any problems at all with mines. I like that I can adjust the noise cancelation also and that the headphones can cancel out very loud noises or make loud noises quieter. Good stuff

Had a QC15 for years. Upgraded my QC15 with new ear cushions, replaced inner membrane, found a Bluetooth adapter and used this arrangement for a lot more years. Loved the sound. In every regard this devise is an enormous improvement——lost in the sound.

Good sound, poor mic

I bought this a week back. The sound quality is really good. However the mic isn't. I've had multiple calls with my headphones and every time the person on the other side has complained about muffled voice.
