I love this product, Bose does not disappoint. I have used roughly the same product years ago and was so impressed. Today’s product brings more advances and it will be my traveling companion to relieve loud jet engine sound for me is so abusive.

Connection issues are common occurrence

Used to be five stars. The fact that every single time I try to connect they won't work. I have to constantly unpair and try to reconnect and cut them off and back on again. And it takes multiple tries to get it to connect. To pay as much as I did, I shouldn't be dealing with these issues. The quality of sound and everything else is fine but to deal with thus every time I need to use these (with my workouts five times a week is a pain in the butt) and yes I have checked for updates and whatever is suggested to fix the issue. It's just common now.

Thanks for sharing your review of the QC Ultra Headphones. I'm sorry to hear you've experienced with connection. That certainly shouldn't happen. Connection issues can happen if there is a corruption in the pairing or if there are sources of interference external to the headphones/media device. I'd suggest ensuring you are using the headphones within 10m/33ft of the device you pair it to, and be sure to restart the phone if the problem happens. Sometimes, simple restarts can help massively.

Outstanding noise cancellation; decent sound. Music doesn’t sound nearly as good as the Sony WH-1000XM5, which is partly because the Bose App EQ is very basic 3 band equalizer, whereas the Sony app offers a 5 band equalizer. I could see these Bose headphones coming out on top if/when the Bose app replaces the 3 band equalizer with a 5 band equalizer.

This is my second pair as my first pair I kept for about 20 years. I absolutely love Bose products and I am never disappointed. When you are used to the best you will not settle for anything less. Their quality has only gone up and I encourage anyone looking for excellence to check out Bose.

They’re nice, I don’t think worth almost 500 nice though. They feel very plasticy, and I’m not a fan of the loose speakers. The sound is great, and I love the color though. Battery life seems to be doing okay, along with connectivity. Over all good pair of headphones.

No matching accessories, great sound

Awsome sound but currently they don't have the accessory cushions in tundra blue, reason for the 3 star. If you sell a limited edition color then you need to sell the matching color accessories, with a 90 day warranty ill be returning if the color for the cushions don't come out
