Just purchased these headphones from Bose. Shipping was fantastic and the headphones are AMAZING.
If you have not ever experienced noise canceling products, you deserve it to yourself to give these headphones a try. What have you got to lose? If you don't experience a remarkable product you can return them. But I bet you won't.

Hands Down The Best

Highly skeptical, nothing works, as I live with legit medical needs. These are superior by far to any other product; Bose or competitor. The sound deadening is pretty good; again superb to any thing else. They are comfortable which is important.
For a comparison, I also have the Bose ear buds.
Comfort and Battery trade off. I rotate between both types frequently for both reasons.

The bose quietcomfort ultra

I really liked this specially for the noice canceling and comfort but I would like for bose to implement a power of button for the noice cancelation and a set number for when you change the volume in the headphones that combined with the addition of more codecs would make this the perfect headphones

Just get the older version of quietcomforts

When I was younger my brother got a pair of Quietcomfort headphones and I liked them so much I asked for my own pair. 15 years later I still use QuietComfort Headphones but this newest pair can be quite frustrating. There is no on/off switch on these headphones and they will go into a sleep mode when they are not on your head. When I first put them on it takes about 30 minutes of me trying to get the headphones out of sleep mode before I can actually get them to work as intended which can be pretty annoying. The older versions have an on/off switch on the side that works instantly. The sound quality isn't any better in the newer ones either I feel. The QuietComfort 35s are still my favorite and my go to headphones. They are probably cheaper too but I'm not sure if they still sell them. The QuietComfort 45's seem to have an on/off switch as well but I haven't tried them.

Please note that it is possible to power on and off these headphones.
- To power on: Press and release the Bluetooth/Power button. A tone and a voice prompt announces the battery level. The status light glows according to the current charge level.
- To power off: Press and hold the Bluetooth/Power button until you hear a tone. The status LED on the left earcup will flash white twice. When the headphones are powered off, noise cancellation is disabled.
You can also adjust the Auto-off setting in the Bose app, so the headphones will go to Sleep when they don't register any activity.
