Got this about 2 months ago now, and I have to say I was super impressed. From the low power/sleep mode to the music pausing when I remove them automatically, they've been nothing but a delight. My one and only gripe is that occasionally on startup my music will pause and play randomly before the headphones begin operating smoothly.

Great sound, Comfortable usage, Some drawbacks

I have been using these headphones for a week. Without any doubts, they give great sound with a rich bass. Also, they are very comfortable to use throughout the working day.
Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks. You can't use them via a cable when turned off, and the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) can't be turned off either. The application on the phone often fails to connect to the headphones, even though I can currently hear music through them. The battery life is average, lasting about 2-3 working days without the immersion mode. Their competitors provide an additional 2 days of battery life for me.
They shouldn't cost that much money!!

Great Headphones, the best from Bose so far

I bought these headphones nearly 9 months ago and they worked really well. The sound is great, the connectivity was also great. It was comfortable to wear. The new feature of immersive audio is interesting but I prefer my music not moving around. Luckily, you're able to turn the feature off. The sound quality in the left cup started to have a weird humming sound a month ago. Warranty covered the replacement, so i'll make another review in a year to see if it's a reoccuring problem!

Immediately fell in love with these. I would highly recommend. Comfortable & sound is epic. The only issue I have is, the app is required to use the headphones.. I don't want another app on top of another app to listen to music.

Great noise reduction and sound as I expected

I have been a Bose fan for over twenty years and have purchased many Bose products including stereo speakers, bluetooth speakers for my kids, speakers on my desk at work connected to my laptop, and most recently the Soundbar 900 for my tv at home. I like Bose quality and sound. I bought the Ultras for a few reasons: To drown out the noise of my treadmill while I walk and watch shows on Netflix, to have noise reduction for a 4.5 hour upcoming flight to California, and finally to use while I cut the grass at home with my loud riding mower. So far I've only used with the treadmill and they fit the bill. Noise reduction is great and the sound is awesome, but when I grab them to go the basement, I don't feel the product quality in my hands. Don't get me wrong, they are great headphones, but that "feel" is the only thing I think is missing and that hard to quantify. All in all 4 stars and I hope they drown out the mower noise when I start using them outside.
