Loud, Clear and Expensive

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones sounds quite amazing. They can get very loud, it has 3 modes for listening – Quiet, Aware, and Immersion. I use the Immersion setting and tweaked the EQ a bit to my listening pleasure. With Immersive Audio, there are 3 features you can enable – Off, Still, or Motion. I set mine to Motion, so it tracks the direction your head movement and always puts the sound almost like if the stage was always in front of you. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones can connect to 2 devices at the same time, I have it set up to my TV and phone. The build quality seems very good, the ear cushions are leather with memory foam, it has some metal accents and plastic as well, the earcups can be folded to lay flat on a surface and bend inwards for easy storage. The battery life is less than average, you can get about 18 to 24 hours of listening time, my experience on Immersive Audio is closer to 16 hours. You can charge these headphones via USB-C, no wireless charging mechanism. It has a simplistic design, with just 2 buttons, one is the Bluetooth/Power Button, and the other is the Media Control that you can use for to skip/pause/play/rewind. You can adjust the volume by sliding your finger on the volume strip. All the controls are located on the right ear cup. You can also assign a Shortcut to the volume strip. As far as connectivity goes, you must download the Bose Music app to use/enable features. I am not able to see the battery life on the device I use, or set up the features through Bluetooth settings, unless I specifically use the Bose Music app. The fit will be different for everyone, for me they have a tight fit and can become uncomfortable after prolonged use. The noise cancelling feature is good, I wish they will include a feature to turn the noise cancelling off if it detects you are having a conversation with someone, as it stands if you take the headphones off whatever you are viewing/listening to pauses – but not always the case, it fails to detect this sometimes. You need to press the Media Control button to switch between modes or use the Bose Music app. Lastly, the carrying case is a bit tricky, you have to fold the headphones a certain way and place them correctly into the indentations in the carrying case, if not it won’t close, these are not the type that you can just fold and quickly insert into the case. Quite an expensive product, good build quality and decent sound, with so-so battery life.

Quite the Quiet and Comfort

I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort Ultra wireless noise-canceling headphones, which for me are a huge upgrade from my current headphones. From the top tier packaging and their amazing sound quality, these are an awesome headphones for somebody who truly loves great sound. Setting these up couldn't be easier using the Bose Music app. I easily paired my phones with my devices and the interface was easy to use and made setting it up easy. I was ready to play with my new toy in just about 2 minutes. A new highlight with these headphones is the spatial audio feature. Using spatial audio it truly feels like you have the sound coming right at you and it immerses you into whatever you are listening to. No matter if it was a movie or listening to any genre of music it makes you feel like you are in the center of the room. The sound reproduction is absolutly amazing; the subtle nuances of the instruments and the clarity of the vocals were brought to life in a way I had never heard before. Having come from over the ear headphones I always found my previous headphones were a bit uncomfortable and generally were too tight on my head. The fluffy ear cushions brought comfort that I hadn't experienced in the past with these headphones. Even using them for 2+ hours my ears did not get sweaty or start to feel numb. The price may be a bit high but the money you spend on these cans will be well worth it if you value great sound and amazing comfort.

A great upgrade to an already-awesome product

As someone who travels very often and values audio quality, I can confidently say that the Bose QuietComfort Ultra is a refreshing updated that helps me enjoy the way I experience sound and silence delivering an awesome experience while listening to music or enjoying the pure silence they provide

Bose is king when it comes down to form and function. Light yet well built. with a premium blend of materials that not only feels durable but also comfortable during extended use. One thing to note is that if you were glasses, these may clamp a bit if you want the band to be really close to your head. The earcups are well padded giving comfort and good some protection. I did notice my ears got sweating a bit. However, this is not a headphones problem but more of me. e, making them a joy to wear for hours on end. one thing to add is that these collect a LOT of fingerprints and grease (at least the black ones) making them look not as premium sometimes.

Sound Quality
The audio is rich, detailed, and balanced, with a deep bass response, crisp mids, and sparkling highs. I like my music loud and these get up there without sacrificing quality. Would love to see more customizations.

Battery Life:
While great, it could be better. Once you turn all the features on, it drastically drops to less than 70% of what it claims. BUT its important to note that there wasnt a flight I've taken where these have died (I guess if you're doing a Dubai direct it may happen). On my day to day, I can go for days without needing to recharge, even with heavy use.

Overall I'm extremely happy with these headphones and will become my daily drivers. The quality, comfort and features is what makes me stay with Bose and these puppies check all the boxes

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are exactly that, quiet and comfortable! I took these headphones on a recent road trip and the noise cancelling was top notch. They are super soft and the sound was clear and loud. The quality greatly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who is looking for a great pair of headphones! The design was sleek and innovative and very high quality.
