The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Headphones are a game-changer in the world of noise-canceling headphones. I've had the pleasure of using them for a while now, and I must say, they deliver an exceptional audio experience.
First and foremost, the noise cancellation on these headphones is nothing short of incredible. They effortlessly drown out background noise, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in your music or podcasts. Whether you're on a noisy commute, working in a bustling coffee shop, or just need some peace and quiet at home, these headphones will do the trick.
Sound quality is where Bose truly shines. The audio is crisp, clear, and well-balanced across the entire spectrum. Major improvement in sound quality

The addition of the immersive audio setting was a big upgrade and the overall sound quality improved from previous QuietComfort headphones. The audio has always been great, but the bass and drums sound much better and stick out more with the QuietComfort Ultra headphones. I had the best experience with the "Motion" setting. The "Still" setting is useful, but you need to be absolutely still for the audio to work the best. If you're commuting on a train, bus, or any type of transportation, the sound will switch between earcups too often.
One of the only downsides to me was the noise cancellation quality. The noise cancellation felt like a downgrade from the QuietComfort 35 IIs and QuietComfort 45s. I had to turn the volume up to block out noise with these headphones, which blasts the music louder instead of canceling the noise. My only other complaint is that the headphones do not fit the case well, especially if you adjust the headband. It is a tight fit to get the headphones back in the case.

Ultra comfort, ultra quiet- literally!

The design and features of the QuietComfort Ultra headphones are an improvement from the previous models. These headphones are modern, sleek, and aesthetically pleasing. The headphones are lightweight and portable, so it's comfortable to wear for long periods of time. As a graduate student, I rely on the noise cancellation feature of my headphones so I can study in any environment. I mainly use the Quiet mode when I am in loud environments like a coffee shop, but I am able to navigate to the other two modes with ease when needed. I especially enjoy the immersive audio mode when I am listening to music or watching videos/movies on my phone or laptop. It truly has a long lasting battery life compared to the QC 35 or 45. With the Bose Music app, pairing the headphones with devices and making adjustments is easy. The call quality is quite clear with no voice distortions. The only thing I had to get used to was swiping along the volume strip to control the volume as there is no physical button like the previous models. Based on the design, sound quality, functionality, and features of the Ultra headphones, I would highly recommend this pair of Bose headphones.

Talk about getting in the zone! If you’re a person who needs the right headphones and playlist to bring into focus mode for work or a good workout, these headphones are it. They’re comfortable and stay put when I’m working out. The different settings and noise cancellation make the music feel like it’s surrounding you, and you’re in a music video hyping yourself up and getting stuff done.
I love the volume bar that makes adjusting the volume so much easier. I love the different mode settings you can preset for different situations (commute, workout, outdoor, etc) and account for even wind. And the battery charges quickly and lasts forever!

Good update! Better than the 700s

Bose delivers once again. Quality sound, sturdy product, and increased comfort. Comparing to the 700s these have a smaller footprint. Even the case is considerably smaller which I like for traveling. They feel sturdier because the overhead piece doesn’t taper down like the 700s. The immersive sound is fun although I’m not totally sure it’s the best feature. It’s not bad but I’m not spending $100s on immersive sound alone. Does have exceptional noise cancelling. If you like Bose and weren’t sold on the 700s these are a great purchase. Food update to the Quiet Comforts.

Great for travel, solid ANC, really good sounding

I have heard so much about Bose noise cancelling capabilities, that I was exited to give these QuietComfort headphones a test. Since I already have the Bose app, setup was a breeze. I listen almost exclusively on my phone (S23 Ultra), and I have a decent EQ app as I tend to like EQ'ing to my preference. First the sound quality. I find these really good in all three aspects of bass, mids, and treble. Very good detail for a Bluetooth headset. I listened to various genres, from pop to metal to classical, and these handled all with ease. Regarding ANC, these are as good as advertised. Actually, pretty amazing how it really blocks the outside noise. ANd what was really good was testing these on a phone call. It wasn't extremely noisy outside where I was, but I was told the call was clear with little background noise. The reason I did not give these 5-stars was comfort. For one, these are small. I think because of that, my ear were getting too much pressure, and I could feel it within 10 minutes. It's not a need to take them off discomfort, but it's just noticeable. I would recommend these for anyone who is looking for something compact and travel friendly, wanting solid ANC, and all coming with decent sound. Everyone's ears are different, so my discomfort may not be yours.

Stunning Noise Cancelling Headphones!

After using these headphones, I am truly stunned! The first feature I must point out about this product is how perfectly it fits around my head. The headphones are fully adjustable, making it easy to achieve just the right fit. I have also been quite impressed by how well the headphone ear cups seal my ears. This ensures that no sound is leaked and helps minimize the external sound entering into my ears. The next notable feature worth pointing out about these headphones is how amazingly comfortable the headband and ear cups are. I have owned many pairs headphones in the past that are just too uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. This pair of headphones is by far the most comfortable pair I have ever put on my head. I can easily listen to music for hours without ever having to take the headphones off. The next notable feature worth discussion is how easy it is to connect the headphones to my phone. The headphones are completely Bluetooth, eliminating the hassle of getting tangled up with wires! Being these headphones are Bluetooth, I was slightly worried that the sound would be impacted, however, this is not an issue whatsoever. This leads me to the next noteworthy point about these headphones- the sound quality. The sound quality of these headphones is truly unparalleled to any pair of headphones I’ve ever listened to. The sound is crystal clear and perfectly balanced. I feel like it is often difficult to find a set of headphones that are perfectly balanced in their sound quality (not too much bass yet at the same time, not too much treble). Bose hit the perfect balance between the two with this product. Another important feature worth discussing about these headphones is the various listening modes available. My favorite listening mode by far is the “Immersive Mode”. When I have the Immersive Mode on, I feel like I am on stage with the artists that I’m listening to. I cannot hear any outside noise and am able to hear every single note in each song that I listen to. The other listening modes should not be ignored, however. I have found the “Aware Mode” to be quite helpful in allowing me to enjoy my music while still being able to hear things around me. This is especially helpful for commuting on trains and buses (where I need to be able to hear the next stop). It is worth noting, however, that this mode does not let in an excessive amount of external noise- just enough to hear what’s going on around you. The “Quiet Mode” enables me to filter out the noisy world while also enabling me to enjoy a more quiet audio experience. This is great for late night listening sessions! The next notable feature worth pointing out is how easy it is to communicate with these headphones. These headphones have multiple mics that enable your listener to hear your voice crystal clear. I have already attended numerous business meetings with these headphones on and have not had a single issue! Everyone on my calls has been able to hear me perfectly and vice versa. Another area I have been quite pleased with when it comes to using these headphones is the ability to easily control my music from the headphones themselves. I’m able to adjust the volume, accept calls, change the listening modes, and change songs all by touching the ear cups. An additional feature I’ve found to be quite fascinating is the ability to turn the headphones on/off using your head movements. This is a feature I’ve never seen offered in a headset before. Another essential area worth discussion is the battery life of these headphones. These headphones have the best battery life I have ever seen in a pair of headphones, which is truly surprising given that these headphones offer so many high-tech features (such as the different listening modes, active noise cancellation, Bluetooth connectivity, etc.). I have been able to use these headphones for an entire work day on a single charge without any problems. To me, this is quite a stunning advancement in the world of headphones. The design of these headphones must not be ignored either. These headphones are super stylish and luxurious. I have gotten numerous compliments at work about how nice these headphones look. It’s obvious that they contain luxurious, premium materials that give off a great impression! My only issue with these headphones is that the included carrying case is super difficult to fit the headphones into. The headphones have to be facing a specific direction in order for the case to correctly close. I turned them the wrong way and was able to tightly close the case, however, this was probably not the best idea as the headphones were quite smushed up! Despite this, I have still been quite impressed with these headphones.
