As a casual listener rather than an audiophile or tech expert, my review of the Bose Ultra Quiet Comfort headphones comes from an overall impression and genuine experience with this product. Great sound, terrible connectivity.

The headphone has been consistently turning off by itself. Sometimes it works okay, sometimes it disconnects or turns off by itself. I have checked my setting and turned off or turned auto off in 24 hours setting. I have both my controller and the headphone connected via bluetooth on my pc, controllers works perfectly fine, yet the headphone just disconnects. The person on the other side can barely hear me at times. The microphone is just bad. The only thing this headphone is great at is the sound quality, it is superb… when it works and stop disconnecting or turning off!
I will be returning this headphone. $400 headphone shouldn’t have this issue, and especially not when it is Bose. What a let down.

I've had the product for a few weeks, I'm not impressed with any of the features. There are constant and persistent connectivity issue and the sound quality is good at best. The headphones bleed so much you might as well listen on speaker. I also experienced issues with the mic. I wanted to love these, but ultimate i will return them.

Game changer when returning to office

I bought these because I was dreading going back to the office full-time. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to spend the money but I took a chance because I knew I could return them during the trial period. These headphones have been a game-changer for me. The noise-cancelling works to block out all the conversations around me so I can focus on my work. I used an adapter to connect my ancient iPod and the music is clear and crisp. I’m beyond happy with this purchase - and I don’t mind being in the office because I can easily stay in my own, quiet world.

At first I wasn't very impressed because the noise cancelation didn't completely block out the world. Then I tried a bunch of other headphones and earbuds. These win. Plus they're light and have cut outs for the shape of the ears unlike the Apple ones. Mic is clear. Dual connectivity is perfect for my job. I have a big head (7 3/4 hat size) and I can wear these for my entire 8 hr shift without a headache or sweaty ears. Obsessed doesn't cover it.

Fantastic. They run about 18 hours with a single charge! Incredible noise canceling. And work exactly the way I expected them to. As it seems like I’m always sitting over the plane engine when I travel. They’re making it quiet and comfortable with tremendous sound. Including a lot of options to make the sound tailored to what you want.

Excellent Sound Dampening

I bought them about a month ago and have been using them constantly. I use them when I'm taking the bus to and from work and the background noise is very effectively muffled by the headphones which is such a relief after a long day of work.
