Great features and sound!

I always loved the Bose sound from their speaker products. Therefore, trying the headphones was easy. The ultra headphones with immersion takes the hearing experience to a new level. Especially, the pause upon removing from my head. Furthermore, to connect with a second device makes it easy to use the headphones at work as well. I have hearing loss in one ear but the Bose experience neutralizes that deficit.

I bought the Ultra headphones about a month ago. These are the first headphones I’ve ever purchased. Prior to this I had been using the Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds. I now like having both products for different applications. The sound and noise reduction of the Ultra headphones is awesome. They are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. So glad I made this purchase.

When functioning properly QC Ultra sound great

Unbalanced sound Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra left and right ear cans, Random popping and sometimes disconnect. Occurrence of Hesitation or pauses. Volume touch gesture or sensor on right ear can when hits high point or low point that sound will just stop or audio becomes very distorted. When removing Bose QC Ultra from my head the music will either stop or continue playing. Temporary removal and placing back onto my head there is a delay in restarting music or need to reconnect to Bluetooth transmitter device. I do not recommend purchasing.

It is odd that you would have this many issues with your headphones, but I'd be happy to help you with them. If you do not want the headphones to go into stand-by mode or to pause music when you take them off, you can disable the auto off feature through the Bose app. Our guide can help with disabling this feature: https://bose.life/4gFyNx9 I'd also check that you're using the right mode for how you want to listen, as one of the Immersive audio mode features is to fix audio in one spot, so you can feel the music as intended by the artist while giving you a larger audio space.
