Sounds terrible after 2 weeks

They sound pretty good, but two weeks into purchasing they sterted making popping sounds whenever there is even a little bass in a song or I move my head at all. Overall they sound terrible now. Will most likely be returning them.

The EQ settings of your Bluetooth device can affect sound. On the device, try setting the EQ to "off" or "flat" and disabling any other sound playback adjustments (i.e. loudness, compression, reverb, etc.). These settings are commonly found in the device's audio settings or in the settings of the app being used to play audio. Alternately, please do reach out to our social media team for further troubleshooting assistance.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old pair of Bose noise cancellation headset and am very disappointed as the noise cancellation feature is no where near that of the old set

Bose refuses to answer email re defect

After only 2 months use, audio cable on Quiet Comfort Ultra purchased November 2023 shorted. I need a replacement cable.
I emailed customer support and received an auto reply stating Bose would not address my issue by email.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. EMAIL IS THE BEST MEANS FOR ME TO COMMUNICATE.
IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT I EXPERIENCE A DEFECT WITH THESE EXPENSIVE HEADPHONES AND BOSE DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT AUDIO CABLE.
I have experienced other issues with these headphones as well - they slip off my head, and the lack of replaceable batteries is a problem. BUT IT IS INEXCUSABLE FOR BOSE TO REFUSE TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT ISSUES BY EMAIL.

Great sound, poor design

I bought these to replace the QC 35 II headphones. These sound good, but the design makes no sense whatsoever.
For some reason, the headphones must be powered on to use the wired connection... I was trying to use them as regular headphones without Noise Cancelation, etc... but for some reason the headphones have to be turned on while using them this way. Major design flaw as the headphones should be able to draw power from the device it is wired to.

To enable this, the headphones must be powered on during use, including when using the auxiliary audio cable. While the headset's battery features all-day audio playback of up to 24 hours, if the battery is depleted you can still use them by connecting to a power source with the included USB-C cable.

save your money, but something else...

Most expensive headset I have owned... And by far the worst. Sound is awesome, but the design and programming is atrocious. Constantly having troubles with it starting and stopping when I don't want. I.e. pick up headset, not turned on, so I hold button and it starts and immediately shuts down. The noise cancelling is overly powerful, as if nothing is playing you get a sense of sickness, which means the gap between songs causes me real anxiety.

I love my new Bose headset QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. I use them to listen to the TV as they Synced up perfect with our home receiver, I'm thinking of buying a second set for the office.
