Ive been collecting wireless headphones for awhile now. Some are bose some are sony and I have a pair of heavys as well. I have to say bose did not disappoint me at all these are incredible when you move your head the music follows you. The anc is very impressive. I cant wait to see what bose comes up with next

The headphones are everything that was promised. I love the sound, the background noise is taken away even if I have no music on. The music shuts off if I get a call and I can answer and have a phone conversation without even going for the phone. I can hear what the caller is saying so much better with the headphones on. If I need to have a conversation with someone in the room I can just lift the headphone from the right ear then put it back over the right ear to continue the music right where I left off. As someone who works from home, I wanted to upgrade my current headphones to ones with high quality noise canceling abilities, and a little research and personal recommendation led me to Bose. And yes they are expensive, but I scored them for a great sale price and am so happy I invested in a nicer pair. Incredible sound quality & comfortable while wearing! I like that they come with carrying case. The app is a cool feature too. The immersive sound experience is awesome. Deep plum color is gorgeous

I bought these to replace another pair of Bose I've had for years but the battery was starting to go on them. I was excited to try the upgraded model. So disappointed. They will not stay connected to my my pixel 9. They drop constantly. The on head and off had automatic feature is extremely annoying very hard to get used to. You can't tell if they're working or not working. I'm seriously considering trying to send them back.

Mostly perfect

I have not tried them on the airplane yet, but for around the house they do block the noise. Battery life is excellent. Easy to use. I haven't had any problems turning them on, adjusting the sound, connecting to my iphone. I found the app to be confusing and to have too many ads for more bose products when all I am looking for is instructions for the product I already have. However, I am able to control it totally from the buttons and things on the headphones so unless I run into problems, I won't need the app too much.
The downside is that they will not connect to my computer. I usually do have problems with connecting bluetooth to my computer. I think it would be nice to have a wired connection accessory to devices as an option.
