Excellent sound quality/quiet, confusing controls

I have owned this set for about a month. The sound (music, talk) quality is excellent, the quiet setting is also excellent. Literally all outside noise is eliminated. However, the software controls are cumbersome and a bit confusing causing frustration. Example, simple on off is removing the head phones off the ear, moving the earpieces to a certain position shuts off the unit. Adjusting the earpieces can cause off-on-off.

The change in how the headphones extend is great, and the fit and comfort is better than its predecessor. The cushioning is improved and seems to be more isolating. Also highly appreciate the immersive audio. Great upgrade!
