Easy and clean installation. There were no instructions or indications in the design that would suggest a ground was needed. CB antennas work much better with a ground. Not sure about the NMO type antennas. It would be nice to address this in a brief set of instructions.

Bought this for a car cruise I was organizing. Mounted on the trunk on my 2016 Subaru WRX STI. During the event, it must have shifted and shattered my rear window.
Works great, just be aware of how and where you mount!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
