[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please keep in mind that these remarks were made after less than two weeks of use. It was incredibly simple to install, and I've had no problems. This unit has not had any annoyance from the adjoining kids room. They appear to be well-designed with good build quality. Battery access is quite convenient. I plan to order more soon to replace some aging units.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a smoke detector in the house that wasn’t working. It was easy to install, the co2 alarm is a big plus, and being able to connect and receive notifications on the ring app will give me a greater peace of mind, esp when I’m not home!

I love that it integrates seamlessly with my existing Ring system, sending instant alerts to my phone whenever smoke or CO is detected—even when I’m not home. That remote monitoring capability is a game changer.
Another major plus is that it’s both a smoke and carbon monoxide detector in one unit, which reduces clutter and simplifies maintenance. It runs on battery power, so I don’t have to worry about wiring or losing protection during a power outage.
The alerts are loud and clear (tested them once to be sure), but not jarring. I also appreciate the subtle but effective LED indicators that show device status at a glance.

Connects to “Ring”!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Kidde Smart Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm (hardwired with AA battery backup) for a few months, and it's been reliable and reassuring. I love that it gives both smoke and CO alerts in one device and sends notifications straight to my phone via the Ring app. Setup was a bit tricky since it’s hardwired, but once installed, it’s smooth sailing. The voice alerts are super clear, and the battery backup gives peace of mind during outages. Only downside? I had one false alarm early on, but nothing since. Overall, I feel safer with it in my home.

The voice alerts are clear on it and the feature of it on the ring app is an additional bonus. Definitely recommend this in every household to stay safe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smoke/CO2 alarm units work great, but know that you'll likely need to buy an attachment for them to work with older units. No concerns or worries. I recommend these units (we replaced four units in our home).
