Dear Scotch,
The dispenser is such a hassle. The tape is impossible to see in order to reload the dispenser. Why doesn't Scotch care about its tape users?

Terrible

I bought a 3 pack to move and usually Scotch is my go-to brand but this is terrible! Starts to come off after a few hours. I can't even find the "packaging" tape on the website. It is very cheap quality. You think packaging tape would be to tape up packages but I don't even know what you'd use this for. You really should stop making whatever you are calling "packaging" tape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a free sample in exchange for my review. We always have a problem with tape holding up on storage totes for holiday decorations. We've had this tape on the totes for several months now, and it is still holding everything tight.

Easy & Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my tape for storage boxes and for decorative boxes, I use as organizers. Both types of boxes need to stay put and they do. I found it very easy to use the tape cutter attached on the dispenser.

After reading the first eight one-star reviews, I have experienced the same problem -- the tape will not stay stuck to cardboard boxes, no matter the box. I agree with the reviewer who would not have imagined needing to review a 3M/Scotch brand product. Suffice to say I will not buy this product ever again.
