Yes I received my package with my painters tape inside a different color burgundy Delicate Surface... but it still is 3M a good brand to buy when you need something to work.

This is better than the blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone knows that during our crazy time of being locked down. I’ve been using this time to paint and change colors in rooms. And I also let my daughter use this great tape to help her design and create art on her canvas. Never had to worry bout a nasty residue left on my walls or trim or my teens canvases.

Delicate Surface 2080 painters tape not working

This roll must have the wrong adhesive on it. Super sticky and tearing perfectly primed new sheetrock. Tape was only on for 2 days. Also leaves sticky residue behind... and on your fingers from normal handling. The first, and last, time I've used it. DO NOT try this at home! Mistakes happen and surely this got the wrong adhesive at the factory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pulled the Ceiling Paint Off

Painted part of my kitchen yesterday and when I pulled the tape off this morning I had a lot of paint from the ceiling pulled off by the tape. This is the delicate tape so I’m wondering about the roll of general tape (2005) I bought. Not happy!!
