Scotch moving tape with dispenser

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a sample of this Scotch Tough Grip Moving tape to try and review. I have used other tape by Scotch so I am familiar with the brand. I hadn't tried this specific tape so I was curious to see how it would compare. I ended up using this tape to reinforce the bottoms of storage boxes in our basement and to seal shipping packages for mail in returns that i didnt want to break open during transit. This tape so far appears to grip well and seems like itll hold and maintain its seal regardless of the box weight. It uses the same dispenser as other Scotch packaging tape which makes it easy to unroll and cut tape evenly. I feel confident that this tape will do the job, not just for shipping boxes but also making sure our heaviest storage boxes don't break apart.

Packaging Tape but Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this tape does not make the usual loud noise when you use it. I was able to use it in situations where it needed to be quiet. At first it didn't seem as if it was going to have enough adhesive to hold well, but it is plenty sticky to attach to cardboard/paper surfaces and hold well. I need to remember to fold over the end part so that doesn't go back on itself and make it difficult to continue using the roll as it tends to come back and try to attach itself to the roll. I tried the tape on a couple of things it wasn't meant for and it holds well to close bags of snack foods. I also temporarily repaired a vinyl surface and the tape will be easy to remove, but it's definitely not made for that long-term. I would buy this tape to have on hand for it's intended purposes.

STRONG HOLD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch "moving" tape is very strong and will securely seal your boxes. No need to use multiple layers of tape and hope it holds. Great for sealing your packed boxes for moving, but just as secure when storing items away. Great for large jobs as well as smaller a job.
The tape is easy to dispense and cut.

Very well made tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it multiple times. Once I used it to return a package. The tape held very well. The item I was shipping was about 10 lbs. than I used it to pack a box books. It was a good 25 lb box. The tape held extremely well.

Bigger and stronger grip and control.

The tape was stronger and bigger from my other tape dispenser .I felt like I had better control of rolling the tape across the boxes.
