The Sync One is with ell-designed and built. There’s a bit of a learning curve with the app, but once you figure that out, the device usage is straightforward and simple. I’ve grilled two tritips, several chicken breasts, a steak, and a rack of St. Louis style ribs. All came out perfectly cooked, due to the accuracy of the probe and functionality of the base and app. The only negative I’ve found so far, is that the probe is somewhat difficult to clean, as there’s no positive way to hold and scrub it. Maybe if the handle end was knurled? At any rate, the Sync One is a huge improvement over my wired thermometer, and fun to use. Highly recommended.

Bought with the air fryer. I got it because I figured I would need it for steak, but haven't cooked one yet. The meat I did cook, I really didn't need it. But when I cook a cowboy, I am sure it will come in handy.

So far I’ve only used the Typher sync one for cooking salmon in the Dome II and it works great, tells me when to take it out to rest and then when it’s ready to consume. No guessing now, I love it! Can’t wait to use it for some meat! Thank You Typher, your products are well worth cost.

Bought a cheapo and trashed it after 2 attempts to use it. The Typher does everything I need, and the base has a good readout. The wifi to phone makes it way better than the high dollar on my grill manufacturer sells.
