Within the first month the screen went off and wouldn't come on no matter what I did. The fan became too loud when I use it to record my screen and even when not in use and I made it hot now I can't return it. Sometimes my browsseer and tabs. Won't reload even after restarting.

Battery life is shocking dies within a hour of full charge. Goes down more than 1% a minute. The keys are very close so unlike the normal laptop I’ve been pressing the wrong keys. My hp notebook I’ve had for years seems to be a lot better

I bought this laptop for my daughter to download her embroidery design stitching programmes onto it. She loves it. It has enough memory to meet her requirements, the keyboard is lovely to type on, the screen is a touchscreen which is great for intricate work designing. I also bought the pencil to complete this package and she loves the fact that the pencil has three different brush tips which is very important for an artist. An excellent buy, we are so pleased with this laptop. It was easy to set up too.
