I bought this laptop for my daughter to download her embroidery design stitching programmes onto it. She loves it. It has enough memory to meet her requirements, the keyboard is lovely to type on, the screen is a touchscreen which is great for intricate work designing. I also bought the pencil to complete this package and she loves the fact that the pencil has three different brush tips which is very important for an artist. An excellent buy, we are so pleased with this laptop. It was easy to set up too.

I love the product. It gives me exactly what I wanted from it. It is a powerful machine, but most of the functional software that makes it whole is already monetised by HP, unfortunately. Most of these apps are supposed to be pre-installed by default, but unfortunately the customer has to pay for them in full or by subscription after a month or limited period trial. To me, this is the sad part of the product.

The product was really nice and has a nice performance especially during studies because it can handle heavy programming tasks but they should consider adding more ways on how to style the lock screen and make it more interactive for the user
