I bought this three weeks ago and it has been a catalog of faults and missed appointment by the egineer. At the time of writing I am wondering when this laptop will be fixed. The engineer should have attended this morning but ndidn't and i called the repair dept and then cannot comfirm when the egineer will attend, maybe tomorrow they have said to me. What a waste of thje money for the on-site warranty.

The product was really nice and has a nice performance especially during studies because it can handle heavy programming tasks but they should consider adding more ways on how to style the lock screen and make it more interactive for the user

I love the product. It gives me exactly what I wanted from it. It is a powerful machine, but most of the functional software that makes it whole is already monetised by HP, unfortunately. Most of these apps are supposed to be pre-installed by default, but unfortunately the customer has to pay for them in full or by subscription after a month or limited period trial. To me, this is the sad part of the product.
