I love HP roducts and this 2-in- laptop didn’t disappoint. It was easy to set up and although I am not used to Windows 11 having always used Windows 10 I am enjoying learning about the new features, AI is useful for documents and for sone fun things and the fact that it flips from a laptop to a tablet is very useful when I am out and about and saves me raking a laptop and a tablet with me which I have done in the past. I haven’t used it as much as I would like owing to ill health but as the days grow darker I will be using it more and more
So when I first got it it was working fine after that when going ti turn it on it comes up with a grey screen so I would have to hard restart it just to turn it on and sometimes qhen I click on the on button the screen goes black and nothing happens and stsyas like that until I hard restart it and last thing is there is like an update every other au and its just time consuming
What an excellent little machine! I've not had it long yet so haven't explored everything it has to offer but straight off the bat, it s a powerful tool to help with both work and leisure. It loads quickly, so you can jump straight into what you need to get started on, whether that's working or jumping into a gaming session. It works great to run games from Steam (the ones I've tried so far anyway), the screen is bright, HD and the quality graphics card make it punchy and reactive without any lag. It also works very smoothly with photo editing software such as Photoshop to enable your creative juices to flow without setbacks. The touch screen is perfect for designing, creating or just watching videos or movies. The 360° hinges make it fantastic product for quickly switching from drawing to researching and beyond - linking this with the window snapping feature makes it easy to work on several things at once. The slimline and sleek design make it easy to transport too, and the battery life is also impressive, lasting hours whilst using apps which are known to drain. It charges relatively quickly to 100%, too. l'd definitely recommend this as a mid-range but quality tool for everything from everyday use to in-depth gaming and working.
I love this laptop. The HP OmniBook X Flip 14 (fk0009na)—powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor—is HP’s modern successor to the well-loved Spectre x360 series. Repositioned under HP’s streamlined "OmniBook" branding, this 14-inch convertible is engineered to deliver high-end productivity performance, AI acceleration, and flexible 2-in-1 versatility. The flip capability is exceptionally useful when workign at different environments, e.g. on flights where space is very limited.
It is a well-rounded 2-in-1 for professionals, consultants, and power users who want a versatile touchscreen laptop without sacrificing traditional x86 application compatibility or port connectivity. If top-tier multi-day battery life is your absolute primary criteria, ARM or Intel Core Ultra options might edge ahead; but for raw productivity performance, screen quality, and functional versatility, the OmniBook X Flip is a strong contender.
Absolutely love the laptop and its versitility, works great as a laptop and as a tablet! Not too heavy, very well built and responsive.
Only 2 issues I have with it 1). no disc drive - this is an awful decison for most new laptops! 2). Occasionally it refuses to boot up, simple google fix but it does seem to be a known issue with leaving a USB device in - my case a wireless mouse.
I don't like the fact that it goes off and refuses to come on most times that I had to take it back to where I bought for them to pu it one please what can be done about this?
