I have done all of my photography editing on a Mac all of my career as a photographer. I have grown tired of how all of Macs systems are proprietary so I made the leap to Asus. Let me just tell you... The switch did not disappoint. Bye bye Mac. What ya gonna do when Asus runs all over you?!

Rock solid. All drives run fast and cool, CPU not throttled. Only wish there was more room between the pcix16 slots as GPU is too thick and it’s hard to find 2 slot 5090s— may look into an R6000 as an upgrade

MB went into a Sliverstome RM46-502-I 4U case, with AMD 9950X3D CPU and Asus 5070TI OC GPU. Install and configuration instructions were minimal, with no documentation on POST issues or BIOS settings for UEFI Win 11 Pro install on NVME. Internet no help with too many variations between MFG. MB Bios was at ver. 1203, so I had to scale back install to single RAM stick, 2TB Samsung Pro 990 NVME and hoped system stayed stable until chipset drivers could be loaded. Once loaded got caught in endless reboot loop with windows install wiped out until after Wifi chipset driver installed, then Windows update took over and system became stable enough to complete chipset. drivers install. About 24 hours to load OS

Amazing board, VRM stays cool. Very easy motherboard to build in. I love the Gen 5 m.2 slot is tool less. The placement of the 3 other m.2 are great and the heat sinks keeps every part cool. Love the Pci-e quick release for the GPU. I/O has plenty of USB, LAN 2.5GB & 10GB ports. Only problem I have is no optical port on the I/O other than that. This board is amazing for all creative professionals, it has all the features you'll need for creating content and moving content.
