Unfortunately, the board died after seven months of average use. At first, I thought it was the power supply because the power was surging up and down up and down constantly. Then in the troubleshooting steps, it says to reset the CMOS which I did and at that point there was absolutely no lights, beeps, or sounds of any sort that would come from it. I tried all the discharge tricks that I know of , I even removed the onboard battery. I have shipped it away to see if it can be fixed, but the unfortunate thing is when I was taking the two sticks of ram out the rear tabs broke off on both ram sockets. That is some pretty flimsy craftsmanship. I’m assuming they are going to charge me to fix those which is very unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dear Creator,
Thank you for your comment.
We certainly understand your disappointment with the motherboard and the inconvenience this may have caused if you started experiencing power surge constantly after seven months of usage only. ASUS is an ISO certified company, and as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free and are built to last; this is a random problem. ASUS warranty doesn't cover CID(Customer Induced Damage), you may incur service charges to replace the motherboard. We recommend you send the product in for service. An RMA number is required to send it in for service. For RMA details, please go to: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/818/.
If you need more information or further assistance with the warranty for the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent from the link: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/1135/.
I personally love the ASUS product line. I have had great success in the maintenance and operation of all my ASUS products. This motherboard met all of my needs, with the biggest one being a built-in 10G Ethernet connection. My home network is 100% 10G and this works perfectly. In fact, I am so satisfied with the MOBO that it was my second ProArt X870E-CREATOR WIFI. Now my desktop and my TrueNAS server are running the exact same configuration. Sure makes it easy to maintain the BIOS!
As a creator I was looking for a motherboard that supports multiple NVME drives and a powerful GPU. So far this motherboard has been delivering. It supports up to 4 drives and is handling my RTX 5090 flawlessly.
When looking for a new board this one ticked every box I needed for box for my build. - 10 Gbe - Plenty of USBc At Different Speeds - Lots of I/O connectivity
It's been very stable, and is a great looking board on top of all that.
This is my first time building a pc, i got the Asus ProArt X870E-CREATOR WIFI motherboard. And everything looks fantastic, i was a bit rough in a couple of places, but nothing broke, seems like a strong versatile motherboard! I am also planning on using it for Dual GPUs, and it seems perfect for this use case.
