The concept is great. The design and materials are garbage. It leaks. The accessories holder (top) has slots for 4 items. It comes with has 6. The coiled pik cable is stiff thus the slightest tug pulls the lightweight canister. I've had it one month and won't be surprised if it lasts me just a few more. It just really is a horrendously poor quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please try emptying the reservoir completely after each use to see if this resolves the issue. The unit includes five flossing tips, and the reservoir lid is designed to store up to four at a time.
