This item is very good for beginners or those who do not want to splurge on an entire weight set. Very intuitive and easy to follow the directions for assembly and switching between the three different configurations.

I have been wanting adjustable dumbbells for quite some time and after a lot of research I landed on these. Out of the box, they seem very solid. Can’t wait to put them use!
