Love how easy to adjust and use this is and takes up less space than a whole weight set. Just wish you could set it up to be used as two dumbbells without having to buy a whole other set

I lobe this tri-fit, don’t have to have a whole stack of different sizes of dumbells everywhere. This is neat, quick and convenient for exercising and storage!

Great gift

We are have been working hard to lose weight over the summer. We wanted to keep that momentum going over the winter when weather makes it harder to go outside. This gift let's us keep going.. we have limited space for equipment so this fits our space very nicely.

I am sooo happy I found LifePro. I started with the original vibration plate and then got the adjustable weights and absolutely love them so much. I haven’t felt this strong and energetic since I was in my 20s!
