Just getting started - good so far

Learning. An issue is the phone holder does not fit on the handrail. Handrail about 5" around. Phone holder is small oval. Instructions did not explain about silver buttons on the handrail.

I am very happy to have this equipment to use, now that I am not as mobile, it allows me to get a workout safely even with my limited mobility.

I was first introduced to the life pro rhythm vibration plate at Anointed Hands physical therapy in New Lenox,Il. This therapy really helped my body relax & function effectively. I wanted to purchase one for my home to continue progressive healing for myself & my family.
