My New Vibration platform

I couldn't wait to get my new vibration platform as my last vibration platform I had broke and no parts available. I try to use the vibration platform every morning. I can feel the difference it makes which is why I try to use it first thing each day.

I love the rhythm vibration plate!! it is great for my bone density and that’s what I plan on using it every day at least three times a day. It’s amazing!
