Set up was easy. I have the booklet that came with the vibration platform and I hope to find a good resource for other positions using the platform.
After 2 years of chemo I have had some balance issues. In less than a week, using as instructed, I know my balance has improved. The stairs are also easier.
I'm really happy with the purchase. We bought the platform with handles, but I can tell as my balance improves, we'll need to replace it. I rated 4 of 5 stars because the handles will be in the way when I don't need them anymore.

Life pro fitness vibration is way above my expectations, it was totally user friendly to put together. I wasn’t expecting this Lifepro to be so powerful and easy to use. No moving or scooting on floor. I will be recommending to all my friends.
